Our Story

We started in 1951 as an incentive company. In our almost 70 years, we have helped companies from all industries engage employees and create a high levels of work performance. We have improved corporate and hotel safety, sales, attendance, and many forms of productivity. After four decades of motivating people with cash, gift cards, catalog merchandise, and incentive point systems, we stumbled upon a secret formula. In 1990 we created the Jackpot incentive system. Using gamification (specifically a scratch off gamecard that delivered points and chances towards giant drawing sweepstakes prizes…) We saw results skyrocket for our clients.

Our sister program "Safety Jackpot" became the world’s top performing and “most used” safety program. Today, we stand having helped thousands of companies and Hotels drop millions of dollars to their bottom line profits.
